Hello, my name is Khoa Pham. I'm a amateur Computer Technician. I'm 18 years old. I have known about computer since I was 10. Which mean I have 8 years of experience. I can fix almost everything about computer issue (virus, hardware failed, data lost, install new OS, create LAN or Wireless network in your home with security key,..)
Here is things that I can do and fix: (I use only open source software)
- Remove virus or spyware.
- Make your computer faster and more secure.
- Prevent virus from USB flash drive, avoid autorun whenever you plug in your flash drice.
- If you can't buy Microsoft Office, I can install Open Office (Open Source Software, which is very good, just like MS Office) for you.
- If you hav more than 1 computer in your home, I can set up a LAN Network, wireless network, and home sharing for you.
- Install new operating system (Windows XP, Vista, 7,...). But you have to buy the legal disk before contact me. After install new operating system, I can install anti virus software and everything which you need me to do.
- If your computer failed during start up, I can determine which device has failed and suggest a cheapest way to fix it. (Example: your power supply, your hard drive failed,...)
